Removing ( Refitting ) VERSION WITHOUT DPF    Op. 1076B40 CENTRE EXHAUST PIPE - R.R. VERSION WITH DPF

If the catalytic converter is being replaced, when the refitting is complete the following operations must be carried out using the Examiner.

- Position the vehicle on a lift.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.     Op. 1076B72 INTERMEDIATE EXHAUST PIPE WITH HOSE SECTION - R+R 1. Undo the catalytic converter overheating thermal coupling and remove it.2. Undo the bolts (2a), (2b) and remove the catalytic converter mounting bracket (2c). 1. Loosen the collar (1a) and remove catalytic converter (1b). Refitting ( Removing ) VERSION WITHOUT DPF    Op. 1076B40 CENTRE EXHAUST PIPE - R.R. VERSION WITH DPF- Place the catalytic converter in its housing and fasten it tightening the collar to the recommended torque.

- Place the catalytic converter bracket in its housing and secure it using the bolts.- Position the catalytic converter excessive temperature signal thermocouple in its housing and tighten it to the recommended torque.
