- Position the vehicle on a lift. Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R. Op. 1032D12 TIMING SYSTEM PROTECTIVE COVER(S) - R + R 1. Loosen the band and disconnect the hose from the coolant return pipe from the engine oil heat exchanger.2. Loosen the band and disconnect the hose from the coolant return pipe from the E.G.R. exhaust gas heat exchanger.3. Undo the oil dipstick tube retaining bolt.4. Undo the bolt fixing the rigid pipe to the cylinder head.5. Loosen the band and disconnect the hose from the rigid pipe.6. Undo the bolts fixing the rigid pipe to the cylinder head, timing side.7. Remove the rigid pipe and seal.
