) Op. 7030B18 SLIDING ROOF GLASS PANEL - R+R Op. 7030B42 SLIDING ROOF SPOILER - R+R 1. Working with care, return the sliding roof to closed position to return guides (1a) to their seats; during closure, guide cables (1b) into the seat to avoid incorrect positioning.

1. Remove the seal of glass (1a) from its seat by detaching the adhesive; start from join (1b).

1. If necessary, remove seal (1a) detaching the adhesive side (1b).

Refitting ( Removing

) - Check that the new seals are not damaged.1. Clean thoroughly and degrease the seal seats with heptane.

Take care not to scratch the painted parts while cleaning.

1. Position seal (1a) without removing the adhesive protective film.2. Start to remove the film protecting adhesive (2a) and begin to stick down the seal (1a) in its seat, holding it against the fixed glass (2b). Proceed gradually until the entire seal (1a) is bonded in its seat.

1. Clean the entire seal seat perimeter (1a) thoroughly and degrease with heptane.

Take care not to scratch the painted parts while cleaning.

2. Without removing the adhesive protective film, position seal (2a) in itse seat positioning air outlet holes (2b) toward the inside. Position junction (2c) in the centre of the rear side.3. Start to remove the film protecting adhesive (3a) and begin to stick down the seal (2a) in its seat. Proceed gradually until the entire seal (2a) is bonded in its seat.
