Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.     Op. 4450B12 FRONT WHEELS (TWO) - R+R     Op. 4410D17 REINFORCEMENT FOR FRONT SUSPENSION CROSSMEMBER - R.R.    Op. 1076B72 INTERMEDIATE EXHAUST PIPE WITH HOSE SECTION - R+R     Op. 1008C32 GEARBOX LOWER REACTION ROD -R.R. 1. Undo the bolt (1a) fixing the steering column (1b) to the steering box pinion.
1. Undo the bolt fixing the left track control arm to the steering knuckle (1c).2. Unscrew the nut (2a) and use the tool (2b) to disconnect the steering link (2c) from the steering knuckle.

3. Undo the nut (3a) and disconnect the joint (3b) from the anti-roll bar.
- Repeat the same operation on the right side.- Prepare the equipment for removing-refitting the front suspension crossmember as described below.1. Fit the support (1a) on the column lift (1b).

2. Fit the frame (2a) complete with adaptors (2b).

The adapators (2b) supplied are burnished black with M12 threads for fitting on the frame.
- If the above hydraulic lift is not available, use a general hydraulic lift plus the adaptor shown in the drawing, which must be made up by the workshop to allow the use of the above frames
(*): Ensure the shank diameter of the adaptor fits the hydraulic lift used. 1. Support the front suspension crossmember using the equipment (1a) prepared previously taking care that the adaptors (1b) are positioned in the axle-bodyshell centering openings as illustrated.2. Undo the bolts (2a) securing the front suspension crossmember (2b) to the bodyshell and the bolts (2c) fastening the crossmember to the side panels and remove it from its housing.
Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the front suspension crossmember in position using the equipment used for the removal taking care that the adaptors are positioned in the axle-bodyshell centering openings.- Fasten the front suspension crossmember to the body tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

- Connect the joint to the anti-roll bar and secure it tightening the nut to the recommended torque.
