- Position the vehicle on a lift.- Drain the coolant. Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R Op. 7055B66 ENGINE COMPARTMENT DUST COVER IN RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH - R.R. Op. 7055B91 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R. Op. 1092G10 SINGLE ENGINE BELT - R.R 1. Undo the bolt (1a) and release the mounting bracket (1b) for the intercooler air pipe (1c).2. Remove the band (2a) and release the pipe (1c).3. Remove the band (3a) and keep the pipe (1b).

1. Disconnect the two rapid connectors (1a and 1b) for the evaporator-condenser pipe.

Seal the connectors that have been disconnected using suitable plugs to prevent dampness and impurities from entering the system.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection.

2. Unscrew the rear compressor bolt

1. Undo the upper bolt.2. Undo the lower bolt.3. Recover the compressor complete with pipes.

1. Undo the bolt (1a) and disconnect the connector (1b) for the pipe from the compressor (1c).2. Undo the nuts (2a) and disconnect the bracket (2b) from the compressor.

If the compressor is replaced, it is not necessary to remove and replace the fluid inside the compressor.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Check that the compressor is not damaged.1. Position the pipe, connect the connector (1a) to the compressor (1b) and tighten the bolt (1c) to the recommended torque.

2. Fasten the upper bracket (2a) to the compressor using the bolt (2b).

1. Reposition the compressor.2. Tighten the compressor fixing bolts.

- Connect the electrical connection.- Connect both fast-on fittings to the evaporator-condenser pipe.- Position the intercooler air pipe, secure it using the bolt and tighten the bands. Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. - Repressurize the coolant. Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
