199000502 - 1048B27 RIGID PIPE FOR AIR INLET TO THROTTLE BODY - R R

Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.    Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R     Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. 1. Loosen the band and disconnect the air outlet hose from the heat exchanger from the rigid pipe. 1. Undo the nut securing the rigid pipe to the gearbox. - Lower the vehicle.- Open the clips securing the turbocharger vane actuator vacuum pipes.1. Open the clips securing the degassing pipe and the vacuum pipe for the brake servo.2. Undo the bolts and remove the throttle casing rigid air inlet pipe. Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the throttle casing rigid air inlet pipe in position and secure it using the bolts.- Close the clips securing the degassing pipe and the vacuum pipe for the brake servo.- Close the clips securing the turbocharger vane actuator vacuum pipes.- Raise the vehicle.- Tighten the nut securing the rigid pipe to the gearbox.- Connect the air outlet hose from the heat exchanger to the rigid pipe and secure it using the band.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.     Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
