FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

The "MODE" "+" and "-" located on the panel to the left of steering wheel H91 send analogue signals to instrument panel, at pins 13 and 16 of instrument panel E50. A reference earth reaches pin 1 of 91 from pin 42 of connector D of M1.The Body Computer M1 is connected via the CAN line to the instrument panel E50 from which it receives the "brightness adjustment" signal which is transmitted to the radio node and to the climate control system control unit in versions with an automatic climate control system.    See E1050 CAN CONNECTION LINES When the side lights are on, the power supply is supplied by Body Computer M1 - pin 31of connector E to cigar lighter light P50 and also from pin 19 of connector H of M1 to radio controls P20. Lastly, climate system controls G45 are lit from pin 11 of connector E of M1 (only in versions with a manual heater or climate control system).Ignition-operated supply line (INT) protected by fuse F61 of Body Computer M1 supplies lighting to the control panel to the left of the facia H91 - from pin 17 of connector H of M1, to the central panel H90 - from pin 16 of connector H or M1 and lastly to the steering wheel control unit D47 - from pin 18 of connector H of M1.The heated seat controls are lit in similar manner:    See E3075 HEATED SEATS
