Customer complains of noise from the electric steering system with the vehicle moving.

Check (with the system activated) that the nut for the fork on the steering box pinion and on the lower part of the EPS system are correctly tightened to torque, then make sure that the noise is no longer present by moving the steering wheel briskly.    Op. 4110A46 INTERMEDIATE SHAFT FOR CONNECTION TO STEERING BOX - R.R End of diagnosis.The fault occurs again, especially when the steering wheel is moved briskly.DO NOT replace the electric steering assembly. Problem with the intermediate shaft.
