Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.     Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE 1. Loosen the bands and disconnect the engine coolant inlet and outlet pipes from the engine oil heat exchanger.2. Undo the bolts (2a) and move the engine oil heat exchanger as necessary to disconnect the electrical connection for the engine oil pressure switch (2b).

1. Remove the engine oil heat exchanger.2. Remove the heat exchanger and engine oil filter mounting (2a), complete with gaskets (2b).3. Working at the bench, place the heat exchanger and engine oil filter mounting in a vice then, using the tool (3a), undo and remove the engine oil filter cover (3b) complete with O-rings (3c).

4. Remove the engine oil cartridge filter.
Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the engine oil filter cartridge in its housing.- Place the engine oil filter cover complete with new O-rings in its housing and tighten it using the tool.
