Removing ( Refitting ) - Remove both the decorative bonnet trims.    Op. 7025A23 DECORATIVE BONNET TRIM (ONE), LEFT OR RIGHT (WITH WINDSCREEN WASHER JETS) - R.R.1. Recover windscreen washer jet pipes (1a) and (1b).2. Disconnect pipe (2a) from the three-way connector (2b).3. Recover the three-way fitting by undoing the retainer.4. Disconnect the retaining pipe.5. Connect a probe to the end of the pipe near the 3-way connector to facilitate subsequent pipe refitting.
1. Undo bolts (1a) and plastic nut (1b) securing left front wheel arch (1c).2. Move the wheel arch aside.
1. Release pipe (1a) from clip (1b).2. Remove the pipe using the probe.3. Release the pipe from the retainers on the reservoir.4. Disconnect the pipe from the pump and remove.
If necessary, remove the other pipe as follows:1. Disconnect the pipe (1a) from the connector (1b).2. If necessary, disconnect pipe (2a) and recover fitting (2b).3. Release the pipe from the retainer on the reservoir.4. Disconnect the pipe from the pump and remove.
Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the pipes and the connectors are not damaged.- Connect the pipes to the pump.- If removed, connect the fiting to the pipes.- Do up the pipes to the retainers on the reservoir.- Refit the pipe using the probe connected previously.- Do up the clip.- Position the wheel arch and tighten the bolts and nut- Connect the pipe to the three-way connector.- Position the three-way fitting by doing up the retainer.- Connect the pipe to the retainer in the engine compartment.- Fit both the decorative bonnet trims.    Op. 7025A23 DECORATIVE BONNET TRIM (ONE), LEFT OR RIGHT (WITH WINDSCREEN WASHER JETS) - R.R.- Check that the windscreen washer jets are working.
