FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

The Body Computer M1 receives "door open" input signals at pin 57 (driver''s front door) pin 41 (left rear door) pin 56 (front passenger door) and pin 55 (right rear door) of connector A of M1.Both the front courtesy light G10 and the rear courtesy light G20 receive a power supply from the direct line protected by fuse F53 located on Body Computer M1.Front courtesy light G10 is supplied from Body Computer M1 in accordance with the strategy described previously from pin 25 of connector E, while the timed command analogue signal is received from pin 3 of connector C.Front courtesy light G20 is also supplied from Body Computer M1 in accordance with the strategy described previously from pin 26 of connector E, while the timed command analogue signal is received from pin 5 of connector E.Body Computer M1 - connector G - is supplied directly from the battery from a line protected by maxifuse F2 of engine compartment control unit B1. It is ignition-operated (INT) at pin 32 of connector D. Pin 10 of connector H of M1 supplies a reference earth to the Body Computer.Body Computer M1 is connected via the CAN line to instrument panel E50, to which it sends a signal that turns on the door open warning light, where necessary, and activates the buzzer to give an acoustic signal.
