FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

Body Computer M1 supplies boot courtesy light from pin 28 of connector E and driver side sun visor light G31 and passenger side sun visor light G32 from pin 27 of connector E in accordance with the strategy described previously.Both lines are protected by fuse F53 located on Body Computer M1.The Body Computer M1 - connector G - is supplied directly from the battery via a line protected by maxifuse F2 of the engine compartment control unit B1; its ignition-controlled supply (INT) is received at pin 2 of connector D; pin 10 of connector H or M1 supplies the Body Computer with a reference earth.The boot opening switch located in lock N47 sends an earth signal with the boot open and turns on courtesy light G40. a similar signal is sent to the Body Computer - pin 42 of connector A. this is an NC signal: signal present indicates boot closed, signal absent indicates boot open;The lights in the visors G31 and G32 are switched on by an earth signal from the switch on the actual lights.
