Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Disconnect the electrical connection.

2. Undo the bolts.3. Remove the fan.

2. Undo the bolt.3. Remove the resistor.
1. Disconnect the electrical connection.

OUTSIDE AIR/RECIRCULATION INTAKE FLAP ACTUATOR    See N082 OUTSIDE / RECIRCULATION AIR INTAKE FLAP ACTUATOR
2. Undo the bolts.3. Remove the motor (3a) releasing the reference (3b) from the housing (3c).
- Recover the wiring loom.1. Undo the bolt.2. Release the retainer (2a) from the housing and rotate the air intake assembly (2b) releasing the retainers (2c).3. Keep the air intake assembly.
1. Release the sheath fastening retainer.2. Disconnect the ends of the transmission cables from the control lever.3. Keep the control cable.

1. Undo the bolts for the pipe connector bands.2. Open the bands slightly.3. Disconnect the pipes (3a) and (3b) from the heater radiator.4. Extract the heater radiator
- Recover the heater pipes.1. Undo the bolt.2. Remove the filter cover (2a) releasing the retainer (2b).3. Extract the filter element, if fitted.
Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the parts are not damaged.
Do not reuse the gaskets when refitting.
- Refit the air conditioner casing by reversing removal instructions.
