0PRELIMINARY CHECKSAll OKProblems encounteredOperation
Check, in the engine compartment junction unit, that fuse F27 has not blown (it is the fourth from the top in the row on the left)Move on to Step 2Fuse F27 has blownMove on to Step 1
1CHECK ON THE CAUSE OF THE FUSE BLOWINGAll OKProblems encounteredOperation
Replace fuse F27 and check that it intervenes.Since various components are protected by this fuse    See E5050 DIESEL ENGINES ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT disconnect these components (one at a time) and repeat the check every time until the fuse no longer blowsEnd of diagnosisThe fuse no longer blowsThere has been a temporary overload in the circuit behind fuse F27: check the electrical connections for the junction unit
It is possible to find the component which, once disconnected, no longer causes the fuse to blowReplace the component identified
2CHECK ON HEAT SOURCESAll OKProblems encounteredOperation
Check that there are no irregular sources of heat such as discharges, broken or incorrectly fitted EGR or turbo near the throttle casing actuatorEnd of diagnosisIrregular component detectedRestore the correct fitting/operation of the component. If necessary, replace it
