0PRELIMINARY CHECKSAll OKProblems encounteredOperation
Disconnect the throttle casing actuator cable loom connector in the engine management junction unit side.Connect a T bridge between the motor wiring and the throttle casing actuator.Using the diagnostic equipment in voltmeter mode, check that at Pin 2 of the actuator    See N075 BUILT-IN THROTTLE BODY ACTUATORthere is a voltage of more than 11 VMove on to Step 1The supply voltage for the throttle casing actuator is less than 11 VContinue as instructed in the    See Test 5530BB BATTERY VOLTAGE CHECK
1THROTTLE CASING CHECKAll OKProblems encounteredOperation
Remove the throttle casing actuator    Op. 1060G50 THROTTLE BODY - R.R and check that there are no foreign bodies preventing movement between 0 and 26°Move on to Step 2Foreign bodies detected as presentRemove the foreign bodies and check that the actuator is working properly. If the latter is too spoilt, replace it    Op. 1060G50 THROTTLE BODY - R.R
2CLEANING THROTTLE CASINGAll OKProblems encounteredOperation
Check that the inside of the throttle casing actuator duct is not dirty/fouled in such a way as to prevent correct movementMove on to Step 3Excessive fouling/dirtinessClean the dirty areas with a small paintbrush soaked in diesel fuel.
Avoid submerging the throttle casing because the internal electrical components could be damaged
3THROTTLE CASING REPLACEMENTAll OKProblems encounteredOperation
Replace the throttle casing actuator    Op. 1060G50 THROTTLE BODY - R.R End of diagnosis--
