) 1. Remove the protective plug on the engine flywheel protective guard.2. Undo the bolt securing the flywheel protective guard.

1. Fit the flywheel lock (1a) and secure it using the bolt (1b) removed previously.

1. Fit the tool.

This operation is necessary, in spite of the flywheel lock having been fitted, to lock the pulley preventing it from bending during the loosening/tightening of the fixing bolt with consequent damage to the internal locating pin.

2. Undo the toothed drive pulley fixing bolt.- Remove the template.3. Remove the toothed drive pulley

Refitting ( Removing

) - Place the toothed drive pulley in its housing.- Fit the tool.

- Tighten the bolt fixing the toothed drive pulley to the recommended torque.

- Remove the template. - Undo the bolt and remove the flywheel lock.- Tighten the bolt securing the flywheel protective guard.- Place the protective plug in its housing in the engine flywheel protective guard.
