2. Fit the tools (2a) and (2b), then connect them to the power unit mounting brackets using the links (2c).

1. Undo the bolts fixing the flexible mounting to the gearbox side rigid power unit support.2. Undo the upper bolt securing the gearbox side power unit rigid support.

- Adjust the support rods to tilt the power unit as necessary to access the gearbox rear cover fixing bolts.1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the gearbox rear cover (1b).

Refitting ( Removing

) - Thoroughly clean traces of sealant from the mating surfaces between the rear cover and the gearbox casing.- Apply sealant to the contact surfaces between the rear cover and the gear casing.- Place the gearbox rear cover back in its housing and secure it using the bolts.- Reposition the power unit adjusting the support rods.- Tighten the upper bolt securing the gearbox side rigid support to the recommended torque.
