Removing ( Refitting )

If the throttle body is replaced, run the following self-learning procedure:- with the engine switched off, turn the ignition key to MAR without pressing the accelerator pedal and with the engine temperature between 5.25°C and 100.5°C for 29 seconds.

    Op. 1048A32 HOSE FROM AIR FILTER TO INTAKE MANIFOLD - R + R1. Detach the electrical connection for the throttle body.

2. Undo the bolts (2a) and move the mounting bracket (2b) to the side complete with the injection-ignition control unit.3. Undo the remaining bolt (3a) and remove the throttle body (3b). Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the throttle body back in its housing and secure it using the bolt.- Place the injection-ignition system control unit mounting bracket in its housing and secure it using the bolts.- Connect the electrical connection for the throttle body.    Op. 1048A32 HOSE FROM AIR FILTER TO INTAKE MANIFOLD - R + R
