Removing ( Refitting )
Follow the safety instructions.    Op. 5040 AIR CONDITIONING CASING AND COMPONENTS
- Position the vehicle on a lift.- Drain the coolant.    Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE     Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.     Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER 1. Undo the bolt (1a) and disconnect pipe connectors (1b) and (1c) from the condenser (1c).
Seal the connectors that have been disconnected using suitable plugs to prevent dampness and impurities from entering the system.
2. Remove the condenser (2a) releasing the retainers (2b).
- If necessary, remove the dehydrating filter as follows:1. Release the retaining ring using suitable pliers.2. Tighten an M5 bolt (2a) into opening (2b).3. Undo bolt (2a) and remove dehydrating filter (3a).
Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the condenser is intact and does not show signs of damage or deposits of dirt on the finned surface.- If removed, refit the dehydrating filter and attach the retaining ring.1. Position condenser (1a) and do up retainers (1b).2. Connect the connectors (1a) to the pipe and secure it tightening the bolt (1b) to the recommended torque.

Replace the O rings for the connectors. Only use green coloured seals that are resistant to R134a coolant. Lubricate the connector threads using anti-freeze.
    Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER     Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. - Repressurize the coolant.    Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE
