Follow the safety instructions Op. 5040 AIR CONDITIONING CASING AND COMPONENTS

- Position the vehicle on a lift.- Drain the coolant. Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER 1. Release the left lower retainer (1a) from condenser (1b).2. Release the dehydrating filter retaining ring.3. Tighten an M5 bolt (3a) into hole (3b).4. Undo bolt (3a) to remove dehydrating filter (4a).

Seal the connectors that have been disconnected using suitable plugs to prevent dampness and impurities from entering the system.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Check that the drier filter is not damaged.

Replace the O rings for the connectors. Only use green coloured seals that are resistant to R134a coolant.Lubricate the connector threads using anti-freeze.

- Place the drier filter in position.- Fit the circlip.- Fit the condenser to the left lower retainer. Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. - Repressurize the coolant Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE
