- Position the vehicle on a lift.1. Undo the bolts fixing the intermediate heat shield and gearbox manual control lever to the bodyshell.2. Open the tabs (2a), undo the retaining clips (2b) and remove the intermediate heat shield (2c).

- Place the intermediate heat shield in position and secure it using the bolts to the bodyshell and to the gearbox manual control lever support.- Tighten the retaining clips and secure them using the tabs.- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
