Removing ( Refitting

) - Position the vehicle on a lift. Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R Op. 1064A31 HEAT SHIELD FOR TURBOCHARGER - R.R. Op. 1076A48 CATALYTIC CONVERTER HEAT SHIELD - R.R Op. 1076B72 INTERMEDIATE EXHAUST PIPE WITH HOSE SECTION - R+R Op. 1080B62 CATALYTIC CONVERTER - R + R Op. 1048B14 AIR DELIVERY HOSE BETWEEN TURBOCHARGER AND HEAT EXCHANGER - REPLACE Op. 1084C22 HEAT SHIELD ON ENGINE OIL HEAT EXCHANGER - R.R. Op. 1048A50 TURBOCHARGER AIR INTAKE PIPE - R.R. 1. Undo the connector for the engine oil supply pipe to the turbocharger, turbocharger side.

1. Undo the bolt securing the engine oil supply pipe intermediate bracket to the turbocharger.

1. Undo the connectors (1a) and remove the engine oil supply pipe to the turbocharger (1b).

Refitting ( Removing

) - Fit the turbocharger engine oil supply pipe in place complete with new gaskets and tighten the connectors to the recommended torque.

The connectors should be tightened keeping the pipe still. Any movements of more than 3° affect the seal of the connectors.

Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R Op. 0010T11 ENGINE OIL - CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP, IF NECESSARY Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
