) - Position the vehicle on a lift. Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. Op. 1048B14 AIR DELIVERY HOSE BETWEEN TURBOCHARGER AND HEAT EXCHANGER - REPLACE Op. 1084C22 HEAT SHIELD ON ENGINE OIL HEAT EXCHANGER - R.R. 1. Undo the bolts (1a) fixing the turbocharger oil return pipe (1b), turbo side.

1. Undo the bolt (1a) and the connector (1b) then remove the engine oil return pipe from the turbocharger (1c).- Keep the gaskets.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Place the engine oil return pipe from the turbo in position complete with new gasket and firstly tighten the bolt on the slotted flange to the recommended torque and then the remaining bolt.

- Tighten the bolt securing the engine oil return pipe from the turbocharger, engine block side, to the specified torque.

- Tighten the intermediate connector with new gaskets for the engine oil return pipe from the turbo to the recommended torque.
