Removing ( Refitting )
Follow the safety instructions.    Op. 5040 AIR CONDITIONING CASING AND COMPONENTS
- Position the vehicle on a lift.- Drain the coolant.    Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE     Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER 1. Press the tabs (1a) on the rapid connector (1b), then disconnect the pipe (1c) coming from the compressor, first pushing it upwards and then pulling it downwards.
Seal the connectors that have been disconnected using suitable plugs to prevent dampness and impurities from entering the system.
2. Undo the bolt (2a) and disconnect the connector (2b) from the condenser (2c).3. Disconnect the pipe retaining band.4. Remove the pipe.
Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the pipe from the condenser to the compressor connector is not damaged and that there are no cracks that could compromise the seal.
Replace the O rings for the connectors. Only use green coloured seals that are resistant to R134a coolant.Lubricate the connector threads using anti-freeze.
1. Place the pipe from the condenser to the compressor connector in position.2. Connect the pipe retaining band.3. Connect the connector (3a) to the compressor (3b) and tighten the bolt (3c) to the recommended torque.

4. Connect pipe (4a) to the quick fitting (4b).
    Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER - Repressurize the coolant.    Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
