1. Open the fuel flap.2. Release the link (2a) from the housing (2b).3. Loosen the fuel cap.4. Undo the flap retaining bolt.
1. Remove the outlet seat (1a) with flap and withdraw the vent pipe (1b) from the vehicle.2. Re-tighten the fuel cap.3. Remove the flap pivot pin from its seat.
1. Remove flap (1a) from the outlet seat (1b), releasing pivot (1c) from seat (1d).
Refitting

- Check that the flap and the outlet seat are not damaged.- Position the flap pivot in the seat on the outlet seat.- Fit the flap pivot pin.- Remove the fuel tank cap temporarily.- Insert the breather pipe in the hole on the vehicle.- Position the outlet seat with flap.- Tighten the bolt and fit the fuel tank cap.- Attach the rod.- Check that the flap opens and closes properly.
