1. Undo the bolt for the pipe connector band.2. Open the band slightly.3. Undo the bolt (3a), then remove the pipe mounting (3b), releasing the retainer (3c).4. Remove the return pipe.
Refitting

- Check that the return pipe is not damaged.1. Replace the pipe gasket on the radiator.
- Position the return pipe.- Position the pipe mounting and attach the retainer, then tighten the bolt.- Position the band for the pipe connector and tighten the bolt.
