1	Sensor wiring check Check the continuity of the wiring between the sensor and the engine control unit Move on to Step 2	Restore the wiring between the engine control unit and the sensorReplace the engine control unit Op. 1056B82 INJECTION/IGNITION SYSTEM E.C.U. (ONE) - R + R
2	Check on operation of temperature sensor Disconnect the negative battery lead Remove the sensor and submerge the sensitive part in water. Heat the water gradually and measure the resistance between the terminals. Check that the sensor specifications correspond to the ones below.	Replace the water temperature sensor Op. 1056B50 ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR - R + R
