Removing ( Refitting ) Op. 7050B12 REAR SEAT HEAD RESTRAINT - R.R.1. Remove the handle panel (1a) releasing the internal retainers (1b).
- Fold down the backrest.1. Open the covers.2. Undo the bolts.3. Remove the fastening device panel.4. Undo the bolt.5. Remove the retainer panel.
1. Remove the end parts (1a) (1b) of the zip fastener.2. Use pliers to remove the end clips (2a) and (2b).3. Open zip fasteners (3a) and (3b) along their length.4. Release cover terminal retainer (4a) from seat (4b) on the structure.
1. Fold down the seat and prise up the cover (1a) from padding (1b), as far as possible.2. Undo retainers (2a) and (2b) and remove left and right head restraint guide bushes (2c) and (2d) from the backrest structure.3. Remove the trim.
- If necessary, separate the backrest trim from the padding as described below.1. Prise up the trim by releasing from the padding edge.2. Use cutters to cut all the front backrest trim retainers.3. Separate the trim (3a) from padding (3b).

- Check that the backrest trim is not damaged.- If removed, position the backrest trim on the padding and crimp the retainers using special pliers.
Mould the cover on the upholstery during the various refitting stages. |
Both head restraint bushes have different retainers and engagement seats. |
- Position the retainer panel assembly and tighten the bolt.- Position the device panel and tighten the bolts.- Close the covers.- Fold down the backrest.- Position the handle panel and do up the internal retainers. Op. 7050B12 REAR SEAT HEAD RESTRAINT - R.R.
