Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.    Op. 0010T12 ENGINE OIL AND FILTER - REPLACE     Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.     Op. 1076B72 INTERMEDIATE EXHAUST PIPE WITH HOSE SECTION - R+R 1. Undo the bolts fixing the gearbox to the oil sump.2. Undo the nuts (2a) and bolts (2b) securing the oil sump to the crankcase.3. Undo the side bolts securing the lower flywheel guard to the gearbox.4. Cut the sealant using the tool (4a) and remove the oil sump (4b) and lower flywheel guard.

- Undo the bolt and remove the lower engine flywheel guard. Refitting ( Removing ) - Remove the two studs securing the sump from the oil pump.- Thoroughly clean traces of sealant from the mating surfaces between the crankcase sump and engine block.- Place the lower engine flywheel guard in position and tighten the bolt.- Apply sealant to the oil sump fitting surface.- Refit the oil sump in its seat and tighten the bolts securing it to the gearbox to the recommended torque.

- Tighten the two studs removed previously from the oil pump.- Tighten the remaining fastenings securing the oil sump to the engine block and to the oil pump to the recommended torque.

- Tighten the side bolts securing the lower flywheel guard to the gearbox.     Op. 1076B72 INTERMEDIATE EXHAUST PIPE WITH HOSE SECTION - R+R     Op. 0010T12 ENGINE OIL AND FILTER - REPLACE     Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
