Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R 1. Loosen the band and disconnect the oil vapour supply pipe from the turbocharger air inlet pipe.2. Loosen the band and disconnect the waste gate valve air recirculation pipe from the turbocharger air inlet pipe.3. Loosen the band and remove the turbocharging air by-pass pipe from the turbocharger air intake pipe.4. Loosen the band and disconnect the fuel vapour pipe from the turbocharger air intake pipe.5. Loosen the bands and remove the air intake pipe to the turbocharger.
Refitting

- Refit the air intake pipe to the turbocharger and tighten the bands.- Connect the fuel vapour pipe to the turbocharger air intake pipe and tighten the band.- Place the supercharing air by-pass pipe in position, connect it to the turbocharger air inlet pipe and tighten the band.- Connect the waste gate valve air recirculation pipe to the turbocharger air inlet pipe and tighten the band.- Connect the oil vapour supply pipe to the turbocharger air inlet pipe and secure it using the band. Loosen the bands and remove the air intake pipe to the turbocharger.
