) - Position the vehicle on a lift. Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. 1. Loosen the band and disconnect the air hose (1a) from the intermediate rigid pipe (1b).2. Undo the nut fixing the intermediate rigid pipe lower bracket.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the air pressure sensor.

2. Undo the nut fixing the intermediate rigid pipe upper bracket.3. Loosen the band and disconnect the by-pass air pipe from the intermediate rigid pipe.4. Loosen the band and remove the intermediate rigid pipe.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Refit the intermediate rigid pipe and tighten the band.- Connect the by-pass air pipe to the intermediate rigid pipe and tighten the band.- Tighten the nut fixing the intermediate rigid pipe upper bracket.- Connect the electrical connection for the air pressure sensor.- Tighten the nut fixing the intermediate rigid pipe lower bracket.- Connect the air hose to the intermediate rigid pipe and tighten the band. Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
