Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.     Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER     Op. 1048B45 RIGID AIR SUPPLY PIPE BETWEEN HEAT EXCHANGER AND INTERMEDIATE HOSE - R.R.    Op. 1048B32 AIR SUPPLY PIPE ON HEAT EXCHANGER - R.R.1. Undo the bolts fixing the air duct to the heat exchanger.2. Undo the bolts fixing the heat exchanger to the radiator.3. Compress the retaining clip (3a) and remove the heat exchanger (3b) from the flexible mountings. Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the heat exchanger in position and insert the pins in the flexible mountings on the radiator and then attach the retaining clip on the right side.- Tighten the bolts fixing the heat exchanger to the radiator.- Tighten the bolts fixing the air duct to the heat exchanger.    Op. 1048B32 AIR SUPPLY PIPE ON HEAT EXCHANGER - R.R.    Op. 1048B45 RIGID AIR SUPPLY PIPE BETWEEN HEAT EXCHANGER AND INTERMEDIATE HOSE - R.R.    Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER     Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
