Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the rear Lambda sensor to the catalytic converter.

    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. 1. Unscrew the bolts and remove the front suspension reinforcement.2. Undo the bolt securing exhaust pipe mount to the engine oil sump.3. Disconnect the exhaust pipe flexible mounting from the front suspension crossmember.4. Undo nuts (4a), (4b) and remove the exhaust pipe (4c) complete with lambda sensor.- Keep the gaskets. - If necessary, undo the Lambda sensor and remove it. Refitting ( Removing ) - Refit the exhaust pipe in its housing with lambda sensor and new seals and tighten the nuts to the recommended torque.

- Connect the exhaust pipe flexible mounting to the front suspension crossmember.- Tighten the retaining bolt securing the exhaust pipe mount to the engine oil sump to the recommended torque.

- Place the front suspension reinforcement back in its housing and tighten the bolts.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. - Connect the electrical connection for the rear Lambda sensor to the catalytic converter.- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
