Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R Op. 1064A31 HEAT SHIELD FOR TURBOCHARGER - R.R. Op. 1076A48 CATALYTIC CONVERTER HEAT SHIELD - R.R Op. 1076B72 INTERMEDIATE EXHAUST PIPE WITH HOSE SECTION - R+R Op. 1080B62 CATALYTIC CONVERTER - R + R Op. 1048B14 AIR DELIVERY HOSE BETWEEN TURBOCHARGER AND HEAT EXCHANGER - REPLACE Op. 1084C22 HEAT SHIELD ON ENGINE OIL HEAT EXCHANGER - R.R. Undo the bolts (1a) fixing the oil filter and heat exchanger mounting to the bracket (1b).

1. Undo the bolts (1a), (1b) and remove the oil filter and heat exchanger mounting (1c).

1. Undo and remove the oil filter cover complete with cartridge.2. Remove the O-ring, oil pump side.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Fit a new O-Ring on the bracket, oil pump side.- Fit a new oil filter cartridge and tighten the cover to the recommended torque.

- Place the oil filter and heat exchanger mounting in position and tighten the bolts to the recommended torque.

- Tighten the bolts fixing the oil filter and heat exchanger mounting to the bracket.
