199000599 - 1088D57 ENGINE COOLANT RETURN PIPE TO SUPPLY RESERVOIR - R.R.

Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.     Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE 1. Disconnect the quick coupling for the coolant return pipe from the engine coolant reservoir, thermostat side.2. Loosen the band and disconnect the engine coolant supply pipe to the turbocharger, three-way connector side.3. Loosen the band (3a) and remove the coolant return pipe from the engine coolant reservoir (3b). 1. If necessary, loosen the bands (1a) and remove the three-way connector (1b). Refitting ( Removing ) - Connect the three-way connector to the flexible pipes and tighten the bands.- Refit the engine coolant return pipe in its seat and tighten the band connecting it to the supply reservoir.- Connect the quick coupling for the coolant return pipe from the engine coolant reservoir, thermostat side.- Connect the engine coolant supply pipe to the turbocharger, three-way connector side and tighten the band.    Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE     Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
