- Lift up the rear seat cushion.1. Using the side handles (1a) release the backrest (1b) and rotate it downwards.
1. Remove the luggage compartment load platform trim.2. Undo the backrest rod fixing bolts.3. Remove the backrest (3a) releasing the side retainers (3b) from the housings (3c).
Refitting

- Check that the backrest is not damaged.- Position the backrest and attach the side retainers in the housings.- Tighten the backrest rod fixing bolts.- Refit the luggage compartment load platform trim.- Lift up the backrest and attach the side retainers.- Lower the rear seat cushion into place.
