) - Open the bonnet.1. Rotate the mounting (1a) through 90° to release the retainer (1b), then extract it.

1. Support the bonnet lid, then release retainer (1a) from strut (1b) and remove the strut from its seat (1c).2. Remove the retainer from its seat on the body.3. Extract the upper mount (3a) after undoing the retainers (3b).

Refitting ( Removing

) - Check that the support device is not damaged.- Position the upper mount in the seat on the bonnet lid and do up the retainers.- Position the retainer in the seat on the body and fit the strut, securing with the retainer.- Insert the lower mount and turn to the correct position. Do up the retainer.
