Removing ( Refitting ) - Remove the head restraint. Op. 7050B12 REAR SEAT HEAD RESTRAINT - R.R. Op. 7050A19 REAR SEAT BACKREST - R.R 1. Undo the bolts.2. Remove panel (2a) by releasing from seat belt (2b) through split (2c).3. Working from both sides of the backrest, remove handle panel (3a) by releasing from internal retainers (3b).
- Fold down the backrest.1. Working from both sides of the backrest, open the covers.2. Undo the bolts.3. Remove the fastening device panel.4. Working from both sides of the backrest, unscrew the bolt.5. Remove the retainer panel.
1. Use a screwdriver to release the end profiles (1a) of the backrest trim from seats (1b) around the outside of the backrest.
- Fold down the backrest.1. Raise the cover with padding.2. Undo retainers (2a) and remove the head restraint guide bushes (2b) from the backrest structure.3. Remove the cover with padding from the backrest frame.
- If necessary, separate the backrest trim from the padding as described below.1. Prise up the trim by releasing from the padding edge.2. Use cutters to cut all the front backrest trim retainers.3. Separate the trim (3a) from padding (3b).

- Check that the backrest trim is not damaged.- If removed, position the backrest trim on the padding and crimp the retainers using special pliers.
Mould the cover on the upholstery during the various refitting stages. |
