- Position the vehicle on a lift. Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R 1. Open the oil vapour pipe retaining clip.2. Undo the nut securing the turbocharger water supply pipe to the catalytic converter.3. Undo the turbocharger water supply pipe connector, turbocharger side.4. Undo the fastenings (4a) and remove the turbocharger heat shield (4b).
Refitting

- Place the turbocharger heat shield back in its housing and tighten it it using the fastenings.- Tighten the connector complete with new gaskets for the turbocharger water supply pipe, turbocharger side to the recommended torque.| Component | Fastening | dia | Value (daNm) | Validity |
