Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.     Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R     Op. 1064A31 HEAT SHIELD FOR TURBOCHARGER - R.R.    Op. 1048A50 TURBOCHARGER AIR INTAKE PIPE - R.R.     Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE 1. Release the engine coolant engine coolant outlet pipe connector from the turbocharger, turbocharger side. 1. Undo connector (1a) and remove the coolant outlet pipe from turbocharger (1b). Refitting ( Removing ) - Refit the coolant outlet pipe form turbocompressor in its housing and close the associated connectors with new seals.

Pipes must be held firmly while tightening the connectors. Movements above 3° interfere with the connectors seal
