) 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the flywheel shield cover (1b).

1. Disconnect the electrical connections from the starter motor.

2. Undo cover (2a) and disconnect the starter motor electrical connection (2b).

3. Undo the bolts (3a) and remove the starter motor (3b).

1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the reversing lights switch.

2. Undo the nut (2a) and the bolts (2b), then remove the gearbox and differential (2c).

1. Fit the flywheel lock.

2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the pressure plate (2b) and the clutch plate (2c).

Refitting ( Removing

) 1. Place the pressure plate complete with clutch plate (1a) back in its housing using the tool (1b) and secure it by tightening the bolts (1c) to the recommended torque.

Remove the flywheel lock.

Refit the gearbox and differental in its seating and tighten the bolts and nut to the recommended torque.

Connect the electrical connection for the reversing lights switch.

Refit the starter motor in its housing and fix it tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

Connect the electrical connection for the starter motor and close the protective cover.

Place the flywheel shield cover back in its housing and tighten the fixing bolts.
