Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the lift.Remove one front wheel, proceed as follows    Op. 4450B02 LEFT FRONT WHEEL - R.R..1. Release the brake pipe rubber retainer (1a) from its seat (1b) on the shock absorber.2. Remove the clip fixing the brake caliper to the bracket.3. Undo the bolts (3a), then move aside the front brake caliper assembly (3b). 1. Undo the retaining bolts.2. Remove the front brake calliper bracket. Refitting ( Removing ) Refit the brake caliper to the disc and tighten the fixing bolts on the steering knuckle to torque.

Fit the front brake callipers to the discs.Secure the brake caliper by tightening both rear bolts.

Whenever the brake calipers are removed, replace the bolts with new ones.

Fit the calliper spring and engage correctly.Secure the brake pipe to the seat on the shock absorber.

When fitting the hose, check that the retaining block is correctly positioned to prevent the pipe coming into contact with the wheel arch or mechanical parts of the vehicle under any wheel travel or steering conditions.

Refit the front wheel, proceed as follows    Op. 4450B02 LEFT FRONT WHEEL - R.R..Remove the vehicle from the lift.
