The front seats are available, on request, with a special heating system (comprising two heating elements located in the cushion and the backrest): this allows the seat to be heated to overcome the discomfort of cold passenger compartments in very harsh climates, e.g. when the car is left in the open for long periods in winter.The seat heating circuit is operated by a switch on the seat and protected by a special fuse and controlled by a relay that supplies other ignition-operated services.
