2584123 - 0010T21 coolant check density and top up if necessary

This check should be carried out after waiting for a few minutes with the engine switched off and the vehicle on a flat surface.

Do not remove the tank cap when the engine is hot as there is a risk of scalding.

1. Check that the level of the engine coolant is between the MIN and MAX marks on the expansion tank.2. If necessary, top up the level, undoing the cap and introducing engine coolant.

The table indicates the total amount of coolant in the circuit with the fluid level to the MAX notch on the reservoir.

Never exceed the MAX level.

Fully tighten the cap on the engine coolant reservoir.Start up the engine and let it idle for a few minutes.Switch off the engine and wait for a few minutes.Check again that the level of the engine coolant is between the MIN and MAX marks on the expansion reservoir.
