Follow the recommended safety instructions (See LINK 5040 - Precautions). Op. 5040 AIR CONDITIONING CASING AND COMPONENTS

- Turn the ignition key to the OFF position.- Lift the bonnetDisconnect the negative battery terminal.

1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and move the expansion tank (1b) aside. Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND RECHARGE Op. 7055B08 GRILLE (ONE) ON FRONT BUMPER - R.R Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER

1. Undo the bolt fixing the pipe to the condenser.2. Unscrew bolt (2a), connector side, and remove pipe section (2b).3. Undo the compressor fixing bolts.4. Unscrew bolt (4a) securing the pipe bracket (4b), then remove pipe (4c).

Refitting ( Removing

) Check that the pipes are not damaged.Place the pipes in position.Secure the pipes with the bolts, condenser side and compressor side.Tighten the nut, connector side between the first and second pipe section.Tighten the bolt fixing the pipe bracket.Position the expansion tank and secure with bolts.
