) Position the vehicle on the ramp.Proceed with the removal Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE - R.R..Proceed with the removal Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER.1. Loosen the band and disconnect the air outlet hose from the heat exchanger.

1. Undo the nuts fixing the power assisted steering system heat exchanger pipe to the brackets on the engine cooling radiator supporting crossmember.2. Loosen the band and disconnect the air supply hose between the turbocharger and the heat exchanger, heat exchanger side.

1. Undo the bolts (1s) and remove the engine cooling radiator supporting crossmember (1b) complete with turbocharger air/air heat exchanger (1c).

At the bench, undo the bolts and separate the turbocharger air/air heat exchanger from the engine cooling radiator supporting crossmember.

Refitting ( Removing

) Assemble the supercharging air/air heat exchanger and the engine cooling radiator supporting crossmember and secure it using the bolts.Place the engine cooling radiator supporting crossmember, complete with supercharging air/air heat exchanger and secure it using the bolts.

Take care to ensure that the windscreen washer fluid reservoir lug engages in the housing in the radiator supporting crossmember.

Connect the heat exchanger air outlet hose and tighten the band.Connect the air supply hose between the turbocharger and the heat exchanger, heat exchanger side and tighten the band.Tighten the nuts fixing the power assisted steering system heat exchanger pipe to the brackets on the engine cooling radiator supporting crossmember.Proceed with the refitting Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER.Proceed with the refitting Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE - R.R..Remove the car from the ramp.
