Basic operationCheck that the mixer flap follows the specified travel.Check that the mixer control knob follows the specified travel.Close the doors and windows.Set the gearbox to neutral.Start the engine and run it at idle speed.Open the central air vents and position a thermometer probe inside.Set the temperature selector to the coldest setting.Set the distribution selector to the 'front' position.Activate recyclingRestrict the water outlet pipe on the heater with appropriate pliers.Activate the air conditioner: outlet air temperature should drop.Remove the delivery pipe restriction: if outlet air temperature rises by more than 4° C, an air/warm water leak is present.
