1084B18 ENGINE OIL PUMP, REMOVED - CHECK AT BENCH - Fiat - DOBLO - eLearn

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the intake (1b).2. Remove the seal.3. Undo the bolts (3a) and remove the oil pump cover (3b).

Use a percussion screwdriver to undo these bolts.

4. Remove the driven gear.5. Remove the drive gear.6. Undo the cap (6a) and release the oil pressure relief valve (6b).

1. Remove the crankshaft front oil seal using a suitable drift placed in the splining.

1. Check that the radial clearance between the driven gear and the pump casing is within the recommended limits.

1. Check that the endfloat between the top of the gears and the oil pump cover support plane is within the recommended values.
