Removing ( Refitting ) Place the car on the ramp.Disconnect the battery negative terminal.

    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.Raise the lift partiallyPlace an arm lift beneath the engine to support it while removing the gearbox side support.1. Undo the bolt (1a) and the nut (1b) fixing the reinforcement connecting rod to the gearbox.2. Remove the reinforcement connecting rod from the engine compartment.3. Undo the nut fixing the gearbox side engine support to the flexible mounting. 1. Undo retaining bolts (1a) and remove gearbox side engine mount (1b) from the wheel arch compartment. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the gearbox side engine support and tighten the bolts fixing it to the gearbox casing to torque.

Tighten the nut securing the engine mount to the flexible block to torque.

Position the reinforcement connecting rod on the gearbox support and tighten the fixing bolt to torque

Tighten the nut fixing the reinforcement connecting rod to the gearbox casing to the recommended torque.

Remove the arm lift used to support the power unit.Lower the ramp.    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+RConnect the battery negative terminal.

Remove the car from the ramps.
