Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on a lift.Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R.    Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.    Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE - R.R.1. Disconnect the collars from the radiator and thermostat.2. Remove the upper engine coolant hose.

Collect the coolant that comes out in a suitable container.

Refitting ( Removing ) Check the condition of the pipe.Connect the flexible pipe to the radiator and to the thermostat.There are notches in the flexible pipe which should be matched with the projections on the radiator and thermostat rigid pipe sections and the rigid pipe.Fasten the pipe using new bands.    Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE - R.R.    Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R.    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R    Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGEConnect the negative battery terminal.

Remove the vehicle from the lift.
